Odds on PredictReport come from Polymarket's and Kalshi's public market data and refresh every ten minutes. Articles quote prices with the date they were taken, and link to the live tracker for the current figure.
Fees come from each platform's own documentation, rules from its rulebook, and legal developments from the filings, rulings and bills themselves. Where a number is self-reported by a company, we say so.
